Missionaries of Mercy are always honored to be asked to hear the confessions of people in search of God’s mercy, but, since there are only 911 in the world, 127 in the US, and 9 in Canada, there are obviously huge areas of territory in which there are no Missionaries of Mercy.
Please remember that unless you have committed one of the five sins that Missionaries of Mercy are able to absolve because of special authority given to them by Pope Francis, you are able to go to confession to any Catholic priest in good standing close to you.
Even if you have committed one of those five sins, every Catholic priest is able to help you (although he will need to ask special permission, confidentially, of the Apostolic Penitentiary in the Vatican to do so).
So we would urge you, as Ambassadors for Christ, God as it were appealing to you through us, to be reconciled to God as soon as possible. If there is no Missionary of Mercy in your area, please approach any Catholic priest and ask for the Sacrament of Penance and Reconciliation.
